Position Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and caring Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our growing team in a casual position. This role is perfect for PSWs who value work-life balance, flexibility, and independence. You’ll have the freedom to choose your shifts based on your availability, giving you the opportunity to build your schedule around your lifestyle, family, or studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility support).
- Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
- Assist with medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
- Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for clients in their homes.
- Communicate and document client care and changes in condition.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, respect, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate (Nursing Student with clinical experience may be considered).
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred).
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Access to reliable transportation is an asset.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client-centered care.
