About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for sportswear, brand development and design. This role will drive the creative vision for our products and technology platform and work closely with key stakeholders and customers to deliver their vision to the market.
As the designer, you will manage multiple design projects from concept to production, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product development teams to deliver innovative, high-impact visuals across apparel, equipment, packaging, and digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop material for product launches, presentations, and story boards
· Design and produce visual assets (product mock-ups, catalogs, digital/print materials)
· Assist with web UI and UX design for both front and back end of our technology platform, Custimoo.com and 3 rd party customer sites
· Assist with digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, social media, and website updates
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality create assets and product images
· Lead the development of brand and product graphics across apparel, uniforms, equipment, packaging, and promotional materials.
· Develop seasonal design themes, mood boards, and style guides to align with brand identity and market trends.
· Create original artwork, patterns, typography, and logo treatments tailored to sporting goods and apparel.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
· 3 to 5 years of graphic design experience in sportswear, fashion, or consumer goods.
· Strong portfolio showcasing apparel/gear design, brand identity work, and trend-driven graphics.
· Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with 3D rendering software a plus.
· Solid understanding of printing techniques, sublimation, embroidery, screen printing, and apparel production processes.
· Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
· Passion for sports, fitness, and lifestyle design is strongly preferred.
