PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
From technical documents (specifications, principle or functional diagram...), carries out product reviews and « technical objects », plans, calculations, specifications for production
Provides technical help to validate, produce and start bogies
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
At tender level, carries out bogie and master plans feasibility reviews (together with the PrEM).
At business and products developments level, carries out definition reviews and plans, management of technical objects (nomenclatures, status), writes technical specifications
- Carries out 3D models
- Carries out sizing pre-calculation
- Carries out technical specifications
- Carries out definition plans and reviews
- Participates to the preparation of answers to tender clause-by-clause
- Carries out product definition nomenclature

Participates to the test follow-up (installation under boxes…)

Ensures interfaces quality via meetings and missions at the assemblers’ premise

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Mechanical bachelor’s degree
-
Good knowledge in general and technological mechanics. A 5-year experience is recommended

Manufacturing notions (welding, machining, design of moulded or forged part)

Material resistance notions

Rigorous, autonomous, respectful of deadlines, open-minded, good interpersonal skills, flexible
