Role Summary As a Territory Manager with Edge Imaging Inc, you will be the responsible for combining sales strategy with creative leadership to drive growth. Leading a high-performing team of photographers to deliver excellence on every shoot, you will be the representative of the Edge brand in Ottawa West. You will create and execute plans in partnership with your colleagues and senior management to expand your client base, bringing new subjects into the fold. Leveraging our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program, the Territory Manager will track sales, manage client relationships, and determine hidden revenue opportunities.
Leadership Responsible for managing photography operations across the Ottawa West territoryRecruit, train, and lead your team of photographers in the region to embody the Edge brand both professionally and through service excellence Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to participate in coaching, targeted training, and guidance to effectively achieve sales objectives Participation in professional development activities to improve product knowledge and upskilling
Sales Act as a proactive sales leader by identifying and acquiring key School Photography accounts while nurturing existing client relationships Partner with SDRs and RSMs to optimize lead generation and conversion outcomesAchieve or surpass established sales targets and KPIs within the large territory.Design and execute a territory strategy that is focused on client satisfaction and growthDevelop a detailed understanding of Edge’s product suite to effectively position and promote value proposition to clients Analyze the competitive landscape to refine sales strategies and deliver high-impact, differentiated pitchesFoster ongoing engagement with key accounts to ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout the territory Prepare and present proposals, while supporting responses for Request for Proposal (RFP)
Reporting Maintain timely updates within the sales ERCM, ensuring leadership has visibility into the sales pipeline, account status, and KPIsLeverage the company’s reporting systems in alignment with established protocols to streamline data management Ensure all renewal agreements are submitted in accordance with managements established guidelines
Financial Drive sales performance and profitability within the territory, to meet financial targets and maximize revenue.Effectively manage and control labour costs to meet budget expectations while supporting overall financial performance.
Other Participate in trade shows and conferences as necessary to promote the Edge’s product and service offeringsCultivate professional and efficient collaboration between the territory team and cross-functional departments.Participation in special assignments such as pilot projects, focus groups, or leadership opportunities.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to sit for extensive periods of timeHybrid Work EnvironmentFast-Paced IndustryAbility to lift up to 40 lbs & ability to push up to 80 lbs using appropriate equipment providedAbility to stand, walk, bend repetitively for extensive periods of time Travel required throughout Ottawa WestSchool environment from Kindergarten to College/University
