Title: Assistant Lab Technician

**Reports to:**Dan Mascarin

Based at:#9 HVAC R&D

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Conduct product testing and certification, based on ANSI/CSA test standards.

• Planning, construction, set-up and tear down of testing structures.

• Data collection, analysis and reporting in Engineering report format.

• Interact with the Engineering and Quality departments in order to communicate results.

• Limited fabrication of prototype parts as required.

Education and Experience:

• Currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering program (or similar programs related to thermodynamics and/or fluid mechanics-i.e. HVAC technician, Gas fitter).

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Prior experience with the use of power tools (drill, circulating saw, etc.)
