Global Solution Lead OneStream - Forecasting and xP&A
About the role

We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Global Solution Lead (GSL) OneStream Forecasting and xP&A.
In this role you will be responsible for improving Autoliv’s OneStream forecasting and planning solution, ensuring it meets business needs and reporting standards acting as an extension of the Business Control Team.
The role acts as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving system enhancements, supporting operations, and safeguarding data quality and processes. It involves leading change initiatives, coordinating complex enhancements, and ensuring robust governance, data integrity, and adherence to best practices.
In addition, the role includes administrative tasks, troubleshooting support, oversees documentation and training, and drives continuous improvement and simplification of processes.
In This Role You Will
Be Autoliv’s OneStream xP&A solution owner Act as a bridge between stakeholders (Group, Divisional, Functions) Ensure smooth day-to-day business Ensure data integrity and governance Maintain documentation, training materials, and user guidance Long-term roadmap planning Drive continuous improvements and simplification Lead change management and enhancements including impact assessments.
and if you have/are:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field Master of MBA would be considered a plus Fluency in English is required Worked as a Financial Controller at some point, preferably at a manufacturing company Experience from enterprise planning processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning) Experience designing driver-based and multidimensional planning models Hands-on experience with EPM tools & systems management (e.g., OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning) OneStream Certified Professional is preferred Experience in finance transformation Proficiency in data modeling (dimensions, hierarchies, allocations, assumptions)
