Your future duties and responsibilities
The selected candidate will serve as Manager, Payroll System Integration.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of a Payroll Integration team.

Carry out recruitment activities and ensure proper onboarding and training follow-up for new team members.

Represent the team with our partner and participate in various committees.
-
Ensure the establishment and improvement of work processes to optimize the department (ISO standards, service levels, KPIs, etc.).

Deliver high-quality service to our clients:
-
Share relevant communications to support smooth operations.
-
Participate in client meetings.
-
Anticipate events and workload fluctuations to adequately prepare the team.
-
Ensure that tasks are performed in accordance with our service level agreements.
-
Manage client complaints and claims.
-
Plan and assess training needs.
-
Set, review, analyze, and present productivity standards for the team.
-
Improve team efficiency through optimization and continuous improvement approaches.
-
Play an active role in the strategy and rollout of certain operational projects.
-
Participate in periodic follow-ups and annual evaluations of team members, in alignment with the Partner Partnership Management Framework.

Support and guide the team: participate in continuous performance feedback meetings as needed, and implement appropriate tools to support partner development.

Address performance issues and implement recovery plans when required.

Set performance objectives for the team.

Analyze monthly results to ensure activities are carried out with maximum efficiency.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other combination of education and equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing operational activities and project management.
- Experience in payroll management (an asset).
- Strong communication skills.
- Leadership, accountability, initiative, and autonomy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and share experience and knowledge.
- Good understanding of priorities and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Willingness to challenge existing work methods.
- Ability to interact effectively with other departments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingualism is essential: fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
