About the role

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As a Senior Manager, Global Supply Operations, you lead the team and the strategy that connect global planning, regional execution, and business priorities into reliable, scalable supply delivery. You build and develop a high-performing planning team, set the standard for how we operate, and influence decisions at the enterprise level. As the senior supply expert in the room, you partner with cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and own the transformation of our processes, systems, and planning capability as the business scales. You manage complex global supply networks and turn strategy into execution — raising the bar on what the function can deliver and growing the leaders who will carry it forward.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:

Global Supply Planning aligns global supply with business priorities, making sure products are available where and when they are needed. The team sets supply strategy, defines key priorities and KPIs, and partners cross-functionally with Merchandising, Finance, and operations teams to deliver integrated plans. We balance supply and demand through scenario planning and by optimizing production and inventory against evolving forecasts. Working closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners, we maintain efficient inventory levels and reliable execution. Global Supply Planning connects strategy to execution to drive consistency, efficiency, and growth across the global supply chain.

If you were in the Senior Manager, Supply Operations role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of supply planners — setting clear goals, growing capability, and building bench strength

Owning the evolution of global supply operations — driving transformation of processes, systems, and planning capability as the business scales

Leading and owning global supply delivery into the regions

Acting as the single point of contact between the Global Supply Plan and regional teams

Leading the supply response into IBP, partnering with Global Inventory Planning to translate the global supply plan into regional impacts — mitigating risks and seizing opportunities

Owning the supply plan inputs to the S&OE process, partnering with Regional Production teams to identify supply gaps, translate them to business impact, and drive mitigation across supply teams

Setting buy strategies across T1/T2 with the sourcing organization (Finished Goods and Raw Material Supply teams) — LLT exceptions, one-time buys, MOQ reviews, buy windows, and material pre-positioning

Overseeing the monthly “Need to Buy” process and seasonal calendars for buy dates and shipping schedules

Owning capacity risk assessment and driving resolution with global and regional planning teams

Building deep cross-site, cross-functional relationships with Global and Regional Merchandising and Demand Planning, Regional Production, and Distribution/Logistics to adjust plans as forecast, supply, or customer orders change

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

Driving supply chain transformation and optimization initiatives that improve agility, visibility, and decision-making at scale

Setting global standards for planning processes, KPIs, and operating cadence across regions

Developing the next generation of planning talent and future leaders on the team

Are you our next Senior Manager, Supply Operations?

You bring specialized supply chain operations expertise and provide strategic oversight across complex global networks

You communicate and present with confidence and credibility to stakeholders at every level, from planners to executives

You have advanced knowledge of SAP and/or an equivalent ERP/planning system and order management processes

You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity

You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration

You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement

You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
