About the role
Your job
- Take calls from clients
- Answer questions related to financing products (personal loans, student loans, lines of credit, mortgage loans)
- Listen to clients’ needs and offer personalized solutions
- Help clients use our banking applications
- Refer clients with specialized needs to the correct sector
Our Client Contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your work schedule is variable, and you’ll be informed of your schedule three weeks in advance.

Learning and development
You’ll start with a training program lasting 6 to 8 weeks. Your on-the-job training will focus on learning how to help clients over the phone, and you'll be supported by a trainer.

In addition, we offer a reimbursed training program to support your professional and personal development.
Prerequisites
- High school diploma
- Customer service experience
- Aptitude for building strong relationships and proactively establishing ties with clients
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
