Join our Global Infrastructure and Engineering Team!
Our Observability and Monitoring Engineering team takes charge of crafting, implementing, and maintaining systems. These systems give deep access to the health and performance of our applications and infrastructure.
Position Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain scalable systems for collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing telemetry data (logs, metrics, and traces).
- Engages in platform automation and orchestration, both from a technical standpoint and a process point of view by using configuration management and defining infrastructure as code.
- Apply observability data to quickly diagnose and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime
- Uses monitoring tools to continuously monitor infrastructure components and ensure adequate performance.
- Work with enterprise monitoring tools like New Relic, Dynatrace.
- Scripting custom monitoring solutions & AI instrumentation as applicable.
- Ensures proper security and compliance is in place.
- Leads complex technical cases and resolves critical or raised issues over a significant population of affected infrastructure.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years + experience in Infrastructure reliability engineering.
- Must have administration experience in any of the Enterprise monitoring products.
- Solid understanding on infrastructure, engineering, and support.
- Automation skills using Terraform & Ansible.
- Must have some Cloud technology exposure, Preferably Azure.
- Sound problem solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds
- Excellent communication, presentation, consultative, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with chaos engineering.
Certifications in Cloud Platform & DevOps/HashiCorp:Terraform

Salary range is expected to be between
$94,220.00 CAD - $174,980.00 CAD
