YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Boutique leader who will be an Ambassador of the Maison, responsible for the development and optimization of the boutique operations by leading and motivating the boutique team to drive sales performance and ensure outstanding client service, while maximizing sales and profit potential of the boutique.

PLAYING YOUR PART

You will  …

Boutique Performance & Sales Achievement

  • Consistently achieve and/or exceed the KPIs including the monthly and yearly sales target, as directed by management.
  • Defines dynamic annual action plans to achieve Maison, boutique and category sales targets. Monitors and amends the action plans as needed.
  • Monitors the boutique KPIs and builds a strategy that will optimize performance and profitability.
  • Set, monitor and track sales associate individual targets on a regular and consistent basis, providing feedback as needed.

Client Relationship & Portfolio Development

  • Provide the highest levels of client service to support the growth of sales.
  • Resolve escalated client issues/concerns.
  • Develop and manage new business development ideas for the boutique through networking and event planning, in collaboration with corporate team(s) that will result in significant ROI.
  • Create/manage events in the Boutique with HQ support and lead in order to develop new clients, drive sales, and enhance the brand’s presence in the marketplace.

Team Management & People Development

  • Recruit the right profiles and proactively build a talent pipeline.
  • Motivate and support Boutique staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Drive the performance and compensation management processes: ensure people development (i.e. PMP, development plans) while reinforcing engagement.

Boutique Operations & Administration

  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to all Maison and Group policies and procedures, for the team and self.
  • Support annual store inventories/audits wherever required, requested and needed.
  • Oversee and prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports and provide strategic analysis/action plans for the Boutique to achieve and surpass goals and objectives.
  • Manage T&E and all Boutique expenses.
  • Lead and address maintenance matters to ensure that boutique visually meets brand standards. Manage Repair & Maintenance Budgets for a monthly communication with corporate team/Commercial Director.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

Success in this role will require …

  • College degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years prior management experience and background in luxury product selling is required.
  • Experience with PR events and ability to network is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and computer skills required.
  • Experience with SAP desired
  • Additional language skills a plus.
  • Ability to motivate, cultivate and develop team.
