Must live in the actual territory.
A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role:
- Plan and organize sales activities and customer/prospect contact to achieve business goals.
- Plan and develop dealer/distributor network in the territory.
- Motivate dealers and distributors to promote our portfolio of products and services.
- Educate growers, dealers, and distributors on new products.
- Conduct direct farm visits to promote and sell our portfolio of products.
- Sell, help install, and service fertilizer application equipment.
- Sell fertilizer product storage tanks.
- Deliver fertilizer, parts, equipment, and storage tanks to dealers and farmers.
- Conduct grower meetings to promote the use of our products.
- Attend farm shows to promote the use of our products and services.
- Locate and develop test plot locations to support the research & development program.
- Manage and collect accounts receivable to keep receivables current.

- Deep working knowledge of local crops and market practices
- Ability to provide clear direction and motivate individuals and teams
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient working with the Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation And Benefits
- The base compensation for this position ranges from $81,300 - $119,300. Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
