About the role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and complex account reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger with accurate supporting documentation
- Support the month-end close, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with Deferred Revenue schedules and Revenue Recognition in line with US GAAP (ASC 606)
- Partner with Sales and Professional Services teams to ensure accurate and complete revenue reporting
- Help maintain US SOX compliance, including updating control and process documentation
- Contribute to system migrations and upgrades, including data validation, testing, and issue resolution
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Deferred Revenue schedules and Revenue Recognition
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central is an asset
