About the Role We're looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role, you'll connect with individuals who have expressed interest in becoming product testers. You'll guide them through the onboarding process, answer questions, help them understand how the platform works, and ensure they have everything they need to get started successfully. Beyond onboarding, you'll build relationships with users, follow up throughout their journey, and help create an outstanding experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences. What You'll Do Guide prospective users through the onboarding process Answer questions and provide personalized support throughout the registration process Build trust and create a welcoming first impression for every user Follow up with users after onboarding to ensure they're set up for success Maintain accurate records of user interactions and progress Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience and share feedback with the team Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting individual performance goals What We're Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, confident, and professional in customer-facing conversations Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely Comfortable learning and using new technology platforms Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, or other client-facing roles is an asset, but not required A genuine passion for helping people and creating great experiences Why Join?
