About Us:
We are a growing organization looking for a creative and motivated Junior Social Media Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for university students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement while balancing studies.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, short videos, graphics) tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community.
- Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement) and provide basic reports.
- Assist in brainstorming fresh, creative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Stay updated on current social media trends relevant to our audience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in university/college (all fields welcome; Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media studies a plus).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for visuals and trends.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc. an asset).
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
