Hiring: Project Manager – Capital Markets Transformation
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 06 Months We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to support strategic Capital Markets transformation initiatives. The role involves managing cross-functional projects, partnering with Front Office, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams, and driving delivery from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic Capital Markets transformation projects and workstreams. Gather business requirements and prepare BRDs, process flows, and project documentation. Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with senior business and technology stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Drive process improvements and support target-state operating models.
Requirements
5+ years of Project/Program Management experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking. Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle, trading products, market risk, credit risk, liquidity, or collateral. Experience working with Front Office, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. PMP certification or consulting experience is a plus.
