About the role

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations within residential commercial and rental property facilities. The ideal candidate will lead a team of cleaning staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and maintain efficient workflow. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a solid background in cleaning in elite rental properties, commercial and residential clients. The Cleaning Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, high standard of cleaning and maintaining the safety and cleanliness of client premises.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities performed by team members across multiple facilities
  • Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of equipment including power tools and hand tools
  • Conduct inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained consistently and recorded with exceptional detail
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including cleaning tools and facility maintenance materials
  • Assist in scheduling shifts and assign tasks to team members based on workload and priorities
  • Perform quality control checks and provide feedback to staff for continuous improvement
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure our customer satisfaction guarantee
  • Oversee the safe operation of all cleaning tasks and the use of proper equipment during cleaning activities
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, supplies used, and safety compliance

Skills

  • Proven experience in commercial cleaning, elite turnover cleaning services, and regular maintenance cleaning
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including the use of proper tools and hand tools for various tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks
  • Extremely strong leadership qualities with experience supervising or managing a team of cleaning staff
  • Good communication skills for training, reporting, and resolving issues promptly
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and Employment Standards

This position offers an opportunity to lead a professional cleaning team in a dynamic environment while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service. Travel is required and reliable transportation. 100 percent reliability is expected.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
