#####Your Impact
As a permanentAdministrator, Exploration, you’ll play a key role in supporting the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of exploration programs at Brucejack. You will provide essential administrative, logistical, and coordination support to site-based and regional exploration teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and business processes. Your work will enable technical teams to focus on value-adding exploration activities while maintaining high standards of organization, accuracy, and compliance.
#####As Part of Our Team, You Will
- Provide project administration and planning support aligned with regulatory, permitting, and land access requirements
- Support lands and permit administration, including tracking permits, conditions, and documentation
- Assist with contract administration, including RFP preparation and contract negotiations
- Create, submit, and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP
- Enter, organize, and maintain invoices and Service Entry Sheets (SES) for payment processing
- Organize and submit timesheets for approval
- Provide administrative support for field crews, including travel and accommodation booking
- Process site access requests for contractors and visitors and maintain records
- Ensure personnel hold required safety certifications and mandatory training
- Support month-end safety reporting and documentation
- Communicate effectively with site teams and corporate support functions
#####Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
- Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP, Concur, and procurement systems
- Familiarity with contractor management systems is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable to changing priorities
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and collaboration
#####Your Work Environment
- Hybrid work arrangement with primary work-from-home setup
- Regular schedule of 4 days on / 3 days off 10 hour days (PST schedule)
- Occasional travel to Brucejack Mine site
- Long-term, permanent position supporting exploration teams
- Drug & alcohol-free workplace (pre-employment testing required for site access)
The Brucejack Operations team is now recruiting for the position ofAdministrator, Exploration, with a competitive base salary between**$72,700 - 90,900 / year**, with an additional short-term incentive of10%. You will also enjoy extended medical and dental benefits from day one, and be able to join our Comprehensive Pension Plan after three months. The offered base salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies, with consideration to internal equity. The expected salary range for this role is CAD $ 72,700 - 90,900 / year. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s pay history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about pay history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
