Kognitive Sales Solutions is currently looking for enthusiastic, results-driven individuals to join our team as Energy Sales Representatives in Okotoks, AB! In this position, you will connect with customers inside retail locations and promote services for one of North America’s leading energy companies, helping customers access energy solutions that are simple, efficient, and reliable.

Compensation:

Starting base pay of $17.50/hour guaranteed, plus uncapped commission opportunities.

Schedule:

Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available, with preference given to candidates who can work Full-Time hours.

Flexible scheduling available from Monday through Sunday.

Responsibilities:

Interact with prospective customers at an in-store kiosk and start engaging conversations about their energy requirements. Assess customer needs and recommend personalized energy plans and solutions that best fit their lifestyle. Explain the advantages, features, and value of the client’s energy products and services so customers feel informed and confident. Assist customers throughout the sign-up process, closing sales while building trust and delivering a positive customer experience.
