About the role
The E-commerce Coordinator supports the day-to-day management of our online sales channels by monitoring market trends, assisting with digital marketing, and analyzing sales performance. This role manages Amazon listings and inventory, processes purchase orders, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and a seamless customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Support media marketing efforts in PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals.
- Provide regular updates on product performance and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Amazon Listings & Inventory Management
- Monitor and manage Listings and inventory levels for our products listed on Amazon.
- Ensure that stock is replenished and shipped to Amazon warehouses as needed to maintain product availability
- Analyze customers' reviews and provide the proper response
Purchase Order Management
- Help with the processing and management of purchase orders.
- Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies in purchase orders and deliveries.
- Enter purchase orders into the Globe database. Send out order acknowledgments, tracking information, credit card receipts, etc. to the customer. And send sale orders to the sales team.
- Fulfill sale orders with Globe once the product has been shipped to the customer.
Requirements For The Role
- At least on year experience in an e-commerce position
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication abilities
