We are growing our school partnerships across Canada and are looking for a commission-based K–12 Education Sales Representative to help us open more conversations with school leaders. About the Role This is a remote, flexible, commission-based sales role focused on booking qualified meetings with K–12 school decision-makers.
You will help identify, research, contact, and follow up with private and charter schools, primarily in Alberta to start, with expansion across Canada and eventually into the U.S. Your main responsibility is to generate qualified sales meetings with school leaders. Once the meeting is booked, our internal team will lead the discovery, demo, and closing process.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the K–12 education market, is comfortable with outbound sales, and is motivated by high-upside commission opportunities.
What You’ll Do Research private, independent, and charter schools to identify strong-fit prospects Reach out to school leaders through established email, phone, and follow-up sequences Book qualified meetings with heads of school, principals, executive directors, directors of innovation, superintendents, assistant superintendents, and other senior education leaders Expand and enrich provided lead lists with relevant contacts, context, and school information Keep HubSpot CRM updated with accurate outreach activity, notes, contact details, and meeting status Learn Inclue’s value proposition and communicate it clearly to school leaders Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects Work closely with the founding team to improve outreach messaging, targeting, and sales process
Who We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is self-directed, organized, and confident reaching out to school leaders. You may be a strong fit if you have: Experience selling into K–12 schools, independent schools, private schools, charter schools, districts, or education organizations Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, email outreach, lead generation, or business development A strong understanding of how schools make purchasing decisions Comfort speaking with senior education leaders Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage your own pipeline and follow up consistently Experience using a CRM, ideally HubSpot A mission-driven interest in education, inclusion, personalized learning, or neurodivergent learners Nice to Have Existing relationships in Canadian K–12 education Experience selling EdTech, learning platforms, student support tools, curriculum products, or school services Familiarity with personalized learning, differentiated instruction, IEPs/IPPs, accessibility, inclusion, neurodivergence, or complex classrooms Experience working in or with private, independent, charter, or alternative schools
What We Provide We will provide: Lead lists and school information CRM access Product training Sales messaging and outreach support Product demo access Ongoing coaching and support from the founding team A clear definition of what counts as a qualified meeting Support with discovery, demos, proposals, and closing Compensation This is a commission-only role. You will earn 10% of the total contract value for closed contracts that originate from qualified meetings you book. Typical full-year school contracts are approximately $50,000 CAD per year, meaning a successful closed contract could result in approximately $5,000 CAD in commission. There is no base salary for this role. This contract commission opportunity is best suited for someone who is comfortable with performance-based compensation and motivated by meaningful upside.
