Job Duties
Ensure data accuracy and consistency between SAP-based NERP/LSP systems and physical warehouse operations. Monitor and investigate inventory and transaction discrepancies, identify root causes, and support corrective actions. Manage inbound/outbound transactions, inventory movements, stock adjustments, and maintain end-to-end data integrity. Resolve system-related issues affecting warehouse operations, data flow, and reporting accuracy. Maintain warehouse administrative records, including assets, equipment, maintenance logs, training, and EHS documentation. Prepare and maintain warehouse operational reports and administrative documentation. Support the development and standardization of warehouse SOPs and administrative processes. Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Quality, Management, and customers to ensure accurate information flow. Perform other warehouse administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an asset. Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics operations. Strong experience working with ERP/WMS systems; SAP-based system experience is highly preferred. High attention to detail with strong data validation and reconciliation skills. Ability to analyze process gaps and propose standardized solutions. Understanding warehouse operations and safety requirements collaborative with both administrative and operational teams. Work in a warehouse and office-based environment, with periodic exposure to production and warehouse floors. Requires occasional on-site verification involving walking and standing.
