Position Details:

Job Title: Deal Desk Analyst

Duration: Full time contract - 12 Months + extension

Location: Mississauga, ON (3 days/ week)

Pay Rate: $24 - $27/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate newly closed sales deals in CRM Tools.

• Ensure all required documentation and client information is complete

• Partner with Sales Representatives to clarify requirements

• Coordinate with internal implementation and delivery teams

• Schedule and participate in client onboarding/orientation calls

• Collect and validate client data (start dates, goals, system requirements)

• Maintain accurate and compliant records in CRM systems

• Manage multiple deals simultaneously within tight timelines

Must Haves:

• 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles

• Bilingual in English and French

• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, virtual)

• Experience with CRM tools (SFDC preferred)

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-energy environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or banking

• Experience in sales support, onboarding, or customer success
