Job Description
Spadoni’s Furniture & Appliances has been proudly serving the Sault Ste. Marie community since 1918, and we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll play an important part in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. You’ll help ensure furniture and appliances are received, organized, and prepared for delivery or customer pickup. No two days are exactly the same, but every day contributes to getting the right products to the right customers at the right time. We are looking for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in staying organized, and works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Receiving, counting, and inspecting incoming shipments
Picking and packing orders for delivery or customer pickup Loading and unloading furniture and appliances safely and efficiently Organizing, labeling, and maintaining warehouse inventory Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies Reporting damaged products, shortages, or inventory discrepancies to management Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times

Required Skills
Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 100 lbs, often with assistance from a coworker or equipment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills in English Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions Warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience is considered an asset, but not required Forklift certification and/or a valid G licence is an asset, but not required Positive attitude and strong work ethic
