About the role

We currently have a casual opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our team and service Bethanie Peel, Bethanie Waters, and Bert England Lodge . If you share our passion for person-centred therapy services and promoting a positive ageing experience, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer-centred therapy and lifestyle programs.
- Provide evidence-based and goal-directed therapy services.
- Plan and implement individual or group therapeutic activities.
- Direct and coordinate Therapy Assistants.
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary program of continuous improvement.
About You:
- Current full, unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
- Experience in aged care or supporting people living with dementia is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage a complex workload and adapt to changing priorities.
- Customer-focused and works effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of Bethanie.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply).

- Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum + up to $2,650 for meals and entertainment.
