Based in Mississauga and reporting to the Brand Director, the Brand Manager collaborates with every department to shape and execute a bold, dynamic annual plan that takes our brands to the next level. This role is all about strengthening brand equity, increasing awareness, and unlocking market share growth across all market.

With a laser focus on enhancing brand presence, the Brand manager ensures every initiative fuels long-term success, blending powerful storytelling with strategic insight in every effort. From vision to execution, the Brand manager leads the charge in creating exceptional brand experiences across all channels and at every customer touchpoint.

Responsibilities Brand Strategy Development : Define the brand vision and establish short-term and long-term goals for brand positioning and identity. Develop and implement a comprehensive, brand-centric annual marketing plan, with a focus on building brand equity and market share. Define brand positioning, target audience, and key messaging, utilizing consumer insights and market trends. Own full portfolio management: profitability, product mix, growth strategy, brand innovation projects, new product development and range extensions. Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Leverage the 4 P's to drive our marketing strategy: developing innovative Products, setting strategic Pricing, optimizing market Placement, and creating engaging Promotions to achieve business goals. Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for brand positioning, pricing, and distribution strategies. Brand Communication & Marketing Campaigns: Develop integrated, 360-degree marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s message across multiple channels (digital, social, experiential, retail, etc.) to ensure consistent and impactful communication. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, trade marketing, product, and sales) to ensure alignment with brand strategies. Oversee the development of content consistent with the brand's identity. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare and execute monthly business reviews analyzing sales results, and reporting on established KPIs. Analyze market trends and sales data to provide insights on competitive product and growth opportunities. Forecast Management Analyze forecasts & work with sales to hit budgeted plans Attend monthly meetings with Sales to build plans and ensure successful execution of brand plan Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Industry Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in the beverage industry.

Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing specialization or equivalent. Five (5) years of experience in brand management with a track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies in CPG industry. Experience In the beverage industry is a strong asset.

Highly developed interpersonal skills. Bilingual.
