About the role
Description Sector: IT / Team: Digital Services and Enterprise Service Management / Quebec / Montreal / Winter 2026 / Hybrid / Internship We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Administrator Intern to join our Digital Services and Enterprise Service Management team. Working closely with users, project teams, and IT partners, the intern will be responsible for the "health" of the ServiceNow platform and the handling of incident and request tickets.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management of the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades, ensuring system stability and scalability.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the deployment of new applications and modules.
- Manage user roles and ensure appropriate access controls are in place to ensure security compliance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders from delivery and operations teams to understand operational requirements and process automation opportunities; recommend solutions aligned with best practices based on platform capabilities.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise software systems.
- Automate business processes using ServiceNow's workflow and orchestration features.
- Utilize scripting in ServiceNow to create automated solutions that replace manual processes.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance indicators.
- Manage data import and export operations and ensure data integrity across the platform.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Serve as the first point of contact for ServiceNow-related issues and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Provide training and support to end users on the effective use of ServiceNow features and functionalities.
- Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features and updates, and train the team on new functionalities that may benefit the organization.
- Participate in IT strategy planning and provide input on how ServiceNow can align with business objectives.
- Recommend process improvements and enhancements based on usage trends and user feedback.
- Participate in a regular rotation of incident management responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field;
- Must complete a university-accredited internship in Winter 2026;
- Demonstrate curiosity, autonomy, and continuous learning;
- Proven skills as a ServiceNow Administrator;
- Detailed knowledge of ServiceNow deployment, implementation, and integration (an asset);
- ServiceNow certifications/training (an asset);
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps (an asset).
