The person who will thrive in this role is

A strong people leader who combines deep, operational HR expertise with genuine strategic capability Someone who is natural at coaching and takes real pleasure in mentoring HRBPs and developing the people around them Able to resolve complex employee relations matters, improve HR infrastructure - and yes, roll up their sleeves to do it - while also contributing confidently at the executive table Comfortable in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments where things move quickly, and growth is constant

The company? Well, let me tell you... This is a North American logistics powerhouse.
