Inventory Control Specialist Location: Port Coquitlam, BC
Onsite Flexibility: Onsite
Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 6 months Pay Rate: C$20.00–C$25.00 / Hour (CAD)
Job Summary This is an Inside Inventory & Shipping Support assistant role with overall responsibility for ensuring customer and Sales team members are supported through all facets of pre- and post-sales activities. The position has a focus around the Inventory & Shipping Support of Wireless Mobile Machine control systems. This role will be based in Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada.
Key Responsibilities Work with Shipping to ensure an accurate inventory count. Work with Shipping to identify and bar code inventory. Work with Shipping to prioritize expedited orders and manage the expedite process. Work with Finance/Applications/Engineering and the EMS supplier to clear roadblocks in order to ensure timely shipments ship on time.
Required Skills Some level of Excel, Word, and ERP (Syteline) skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent customer communication skills; must get along well with people and be very organized. The ability to count higher than just using 10 fingers.
