We are presently searching for our next talented team member as a Night Audit to join our Accommodations team. If you can provide our guests with an amazing experience, combined with working as an energetic part of our resort, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities include: (but not limited to)

Welcome, check-in, check-out, and assist guests.

Respond to guest requests in a timely manner in person, by phone, and by email.

Operate as emergency dispatch for any incidents onsite.

Maintain guest and group accounts by processing bookings, purchasers, and all other changes and daily functions.
-
Provide general resort information to guests.
-
Monitor the security of buildings.
-
Hourly communications with other night shift workers to ensure safety.
-
Maintain cleanliness of the front office, back office, and kitchen area.
-
Updating condition & trail reports.
-
Support the Accounting Department with administrative tasks, including cash handling and reconciliations.
-
Record all night shift communications.
-
Perform rollover functions for various systems and reset the front desk area and system for the following day.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Basic First Aid certification or higher
-
Previous knowledge of reservation systems is considered an asset.

Excellent communication skills.
-
Fluent English (spoken and written).
-
Strong customer service skills.
-
Responsible and self-motivated individual able to assess and prioritise necessary duties.
Other Position details
- This position typically works an overnight shift.
