Job Summary

Serves as primary customer contact to promote quality customer service and

increase business within the branch location.

We are looking for a talented Truck & Bus Service Administrator to join our

Distribution business in (Mississauga, ON).

Will make an impact in the following ways

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and building strong customer relationships.
• Open and manage work orders, prepare quotes, repair plans, and service documentation.
• Coordinate with Service Supervisors, Team Leads, technicians, and customers to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion.
• Review customer concerns, explain repairs and charges, and assist with warranty-related questions.
• Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service records using service management systems.
• Support service operations by monitoring workflow, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
