Key Responsibilities

Develop actionable brand strategies that play out across digital, spaces, sales and out-of-home.

Collaborate with key stakeholders in marketing, sales, events and the restaurant teams to ensure buy-in and alignment to brand strategies.

Translate brand positioning and strategic ideas into actionable, organized marketing plans and standards.

Build comprehensive creative briefs and work hand in hand with the creative team to bring brand visuals to life.
-
Partner closely with the on-premise sales team to develop impactful annual and seasonal programs and activation tool kits.

Oversee activation plans to ensure measurable ROI and strong brand presence, evaluation performance and providing post-mortem reports and insights.

Forecast and manage relevant budget lines, track spends against budget and impact.

Maintain a quarterly merchandise program for online sales, in our retail store and for sales team use. Monitor performance, margins and trends to maximize impact.

Manage the offsite event program, from sponsorship negotiation to event kit development and brand ambassador management.

Ensure brand consistency and alignment to foundations/standards exist across all every channel and application.

Lead content development, including curated content creators in collaboration with the digital team, briefing and on-site shoot direction.

Brief and collaborate with the creative team and key stakeholders to deliver campaigns that align with marketing objectives.

Act as the bridge between creative team and the leadership teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, brand consistency and messages are aligned.

Develop compelling presentations and sell-in decks for key accounts.
**Hybrid:**This is a hybrid role, spending 2-3 days per week in our offices and remaining days working remotely

**Salary Range:**The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per year. The salary will reflect your experience, skills and perspective you bring to the role. Throughout the interview process we take a thoughtful and transparent approach to compensation, balancing market data, internal equity and the impact that you’ll have on our business
Qualifications
-
5+ years of brand management or other relevant marketing and sales experience (CPG or beverage alcohol preferred).

Strong understanding of the sales cycle.

Experience working closely with a creative team.
-
Highly collaborative with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships and complex projects.

Experience managing and negotiating partnerships / sponsorships.
-
Strategic/creative thinker - able to analyze information and data, and present in comprehensive and compelling formats.
