KPMG’s dynamic and growing National M&A Tax practice helps clients navigate the complex tax landscape of inbound and outbound mergers and acquisitions. Our experienced professionals provide strategic tailored advice and practical support across the full deal lifecycle—from due diligence and structuring to post-deal integration.
We are currently seeking a Specialist to join our collaborative team and contribute to delivering high-quality tax solutions that drive value for our clients. This position provides the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to real deals and opportunities for career growth.
What you will do:

Collaborate with senior team members to support project management for M&A transactions

Assist in tax-related analysis and documentation

Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders

Conduct tax due diligence procedures by analyzing data, identifying risks and assisting with tax due diligence process

Contribute to the development of tax strategies by assisting with preparation of structuring documents and related analysis

Participate in client meetings and support decision-making processes
What you bring to this role:
- CPA designation or actively pursuing a CPA
- Minimum 2 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time-management and self-motivation
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Interest in developing and implementing M&A tax strategies
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
