We are seeking a Truck Driver to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our operations, ensuring metal materials are transported safely. Schedule:
This is a Permanent, Full-Time position, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Truck & Trailer Inspection: Inspect truck and trailer units to identify any mechanical issues or safety concerns, ensuring the vehicles are always roadworthy.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and avoid breakdowns.
- Safety Program Participation: Actively participate in and promote the company’s safety program, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Truck Cab Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized truck cab at all times, following internal and external cleaning procedures.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate various company units, including but not limited to:

Tractor Units
-
Lugger Trucks
-
Flat Deck Trucks
-
Super B High Side Trailers
-
Roll-off Units
-
Dump Trailers

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of extensive driving experience utilizing a class 3A or 1A license.

A class 1A License is preferred.

Manual Transmission Experience.

Holds a clean driver's abstract.
