About The Role

We're looking for experienced Recruiters in Toronto and across Canada to help train, evaluate, and improve next-generation AI systems — ensuring they deliver career advice that's accurate, practical, and realistic for real professionals.

Toronto is one of North America's most dynamic recruiting markets, with a diverse talent ecosystem spanning finance, technology, professional services, and beyond. We're looking for evaluators who understand that market depth and can bring it to meaningful AI development work.

Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

Review career-related questions submitted by professionals at different stages — entry-level, mid-career, and senior or executive levels Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within talent acquisition and recruiting Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations produced by AI systems Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to strengthen AI career coaching capabilities Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

Professional experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Staffing in Canada Strong understanding of hiring processes, candidate evaluation, interviewing techniques, and labor market trends Experience advising candidates and hiring managers across industries and functions Excellent written communication skills in English — able to articulate nuanced career guidance clearly and concisely Self-motivated and reliable when working independently No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

Agency recruiting or executive search experience within the Toronto or broader Canadian market Corporate talent acquisition background in banking, technology, consulting, or healthcare Experience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple seniority levels or disciplines Familiarity with AI tools or HR technology platforms as an end user
