Procurement Operations Specialist – SAP Ariba, Process Improvement & Stakeholder Support
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Procurement Analyst in the travel industry in a hybrid work environment in Dorval, Quebec.
Join a dynamic procurement team supporting enterprise-wide purchasing operations and process improvements. This role combines procurement operations, stakeholder support, data analysis, and change management to ensure efficient sourcing and procure-to-pay processes. You'll leverage SAP Ariba, collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, and help drive the transition toward best-in-class purchasing practices while delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
A Typical Day
Review and triage procurement requests to ensure compliance with policies and procedures Monitor purchasing transactions and resolve aging receipts, invoices, and purchase orders Develop procurement reports and communicate operational insights to stakeholders Support service delivery within established service level agreements Manage contract documentation and support sourcing activities alongside category managers Analyze procurement and invoicing data to identify trends and opportunities
Successful Candidates Will Have
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field Demonstrate experience using procurement technologies, including SAP Ariba Apply strong analytical skills to procurement reporting and operational data analysis Support procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or procure-to-pay processes within a corporate environment Utilize AI productivity tools to improve efficiency and workflow execution
