What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile and fixed plant equipment with increasing independence
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete inspections, documentation, and work orders in alignment with safety standards
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support efficient site performance

- Strong mechanical capability with the ability to apply advanced troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and following established procedures
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset
- Motivation to continue developing technical skills through training and mentorship
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
