  • Support site setup and teardown activities, including rigging, piping, power cables, and other dewatering process requirements.

  • Complete required safety documentation, participate in safety meetings, and uphold all safety standards on site.

  • Assist with general site duties such as monitoring, sampling, housekeeping, and equipment checks.

Who You Are

  • You bring 1–2 years of experience in dredging and dewatering (e.g., settling ponds, pulp & paper, lime sludge, municipal operations, etc.).

  • Must have exceptional verbal communication skills, able to give and receive verbal information and direction in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and can travel to project sites across Western Canada.

  • You’re a strong team player who can also work independently in challenging environments.

What You Need

  • Comfortable operating and maintaining heavy equipment and centrifuge systems.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks safely, including lifting up to 55 lbs, working in confined spaces, and at heights.

  • Proficient in completing equipment logs, safety forms, and other required documentation accurately.

  • Effective communication skills, including use of two-way radios and teamwork on site.

  • Must be willing to work, day & night shifts, up to 12 hours.
