What You’ll Do As a sales professional at East Penn Canada, you’ll be instrumental in driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the strategic direction of our sales initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, service, and customer success teams to craft and deliver solutions that adapt to the changing needs of our growing customer base — including new prospects, recent additions, and established accounts.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local site management and key/national accounts
- Executing direct and indirect sales strategies
- Supporting product launches and advertising programs with dealers and clients
- Partnering with the service department to identify sales opportunities through preventative maintenance reports
- Establishing territory goals and actively pursuing new business
- Leading by example and contributing to team success
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership
We’re Looking For Sales Professionals Who Are

What You Bring While full product training is provided, the ideal candidate will have:
- Post-secondary education in a related field or strong mix of education and experience
- 5+ years of solution-based sales experience (experience in industrial sectors is an asset)
- Proven success managing key accounts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms
- A self-starter mindset with problem-solving abilities and a team-first attitude
Other Considerations
- Daily local travel and occasional overnight travel (3-5 days/month) is required for some sales roles
- Valid G or Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract required for all sales roles
- Background checks including criminal checks, driver’s abstract and employment references will be performed for all successful candidates
