About The Strategic & Spectrum Missions Advanced Resilient Trusted Systems (S²MARTS) OTA
U.S. leadership in strategic missions, electronic warfare, and advanced microelectronics is crucial for military dominance and economic sovereignty, and losing this position jeopardizes national security and the ability to deter adversaries.
