About the role

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of CEO's Office - REMOTE. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the CEO's Office. You will facilitate the collaboration between various teams and senior leadership, ensuring that key initiatives are aligned with organizational goals. Accountabilities

  • Provide direction and manage daily operations of the CEO's office.
  • Support and advise the CEO on operational and strategic opportunities.
  • Oversee human and financial resources of the CEO's office.
  • Lead and coordinate input on reporting and planning exercises.
  • Manage tasks and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience supporting a senior-level executive (CEO or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in providing strategic advice and recommendations.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in team management, including human and financial resources.
  • Knowledge of organizational governance and operational practices.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
