About the role
The architect will play a key role in designing and guiding solutions around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with the goal of optimizing internal processes and structuring the long-term technological environment.

- Design the architecture of IT solutions (applications, infrastructure, data) related to Dynamics 365 CE
- Define the organization’s technological standards, principles, and guidelines
- Evaluate, recommend, and integrate appropriate technologies, platforms, and solutions, in collaboration with IT teams and partners
- Support project teams in planning, estimating efforts, and delivering solutions
PROFILE
- 8+ years of experience as a solutions architect or Dynamics CRM expert
- Experience in a digital transformation environment or in a structuring organization
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
- Good understanding of architectural practices (TOGAF, governance models, integration)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingual (French required, functional English)
