About the role

At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity:

As a Oracle Cloud SCM Lead , unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that’ll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:

  • Understand project-driven organization’s business requirements to support project planning, execution, control and billing, and how these requirements align to Oracle’s Cloud functionality
  • Plan and design the best and most optimal solution for the client. Leverage industry best practices and oversee the business and application design leveraging the Oracle Cloud
  • Working with our team, lead the configuration of the designed Oracle solution to meet the client’s project delivery business requirements
  • Participate in sales cycles to estimate delivery costs and efforts, participate at client orals and presentations, and assist to draft and finalize Statements of Work
  • Lead initiatives to develop and improve the Oracle practice

What You'll Bring: Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:

  • Minimum 8 years of Experience with the business processes across all Oracle Cloud Supply chain modules including Procurement, Inventory, Product data Hub, Cost Management & Manufacturing/Maintenance
  • Experience in at least 3 to 5 end to end Oracle cloud SCM implementations
  • Experience with 3rd party Manufacturing / maintenance system integration to oracle SCM cloud
  • Proven ability to manage and configure supply chain modules to align with business requirements and enhance financial operations. Strong understanding of financial processes and the capability to translate business needs into Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to work with teams and stakeholders. Effective communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in training and supporting users to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Participates in the improvement of business processes, including but not limited to the following Oracle application-packaged modules including Oracle Cloud
  • Designs, implements, and supporting business processes in an Oracle environment.
  • Designs, builds, tests, and deploys various Oracle solutions
  • Certifications: Oracle Cloud Inventory / Cost Management Implementation Specialist OR Oracle Cloud Manufacturing/ Maintenance Implementation Specialist

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
