YOUR MISSION We are looking for a qualified and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our Marketing Data & Insights team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze the Cirque du Soleil data, and provide actionable results to our lines of business
  • Collaborate with the data experts to follow our best standards
  • Present the conclusions and information to our lines of business, to help them take decision based on the data
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders, assisting them in making data-informed decisions.
  • Work closely with business units to identify data requirements and create data specifications for projects.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance.
  • Act as a data guardian and make sure the data is being used following data governance best practices
  • Assist in establishing data governance and data management best practices within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Utilize data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) to manipulate and present data effectively.
  • Document the results and technical developments to ensure continuity.
  • Working closely with external agencies that support some analytical and data science activities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.

YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Statistics).

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.).
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong experience in dashboards creation (development and production)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to link data insights to business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) is a plus.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is preferred.
