Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning Service Technician role based in Regina, SK. The technician will diagnose and repair plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing scheduled and emergency service calls, conducting preventive maintenance, completing equipment installations and replacements, and verifying compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role also involves communicating clearly with clients, explaining findings and recommended solutions, documenting work performed, and coordinating with the office, project managers, and other team members to support smooth service delivery. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose issues across plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems. Candidates should possess maintenance and repair skills, including expertise in preventive maintenance for HVAC and plumbing equipment. Candidates should possess a commitment to customer satisfaction, with professional communication and a focus on quality service. Candidates should possess knowledge of applicable environmental and safety standards (e.g., EPA or equivalent regulations) and safe work practices. Red Seal Journeyperson certification in plumbing or HVAC, or equivalent trade qualification, is highly preferred. Relevant experience as a service technician in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing environments, including field service work. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate service records and documentation.
