Team/Role Overview
The Strategy & Solutions Delivery Program Management team is a group of professional Program and Process Managers within HR Workforce Intelligence Talent Acquisition division, Strategy Solutions Delivery team. Our primary responsibility is to provide Program and Process Management execution leadership to drive implementation strategy and delivery of strategic Initiatives, Programs and Projects; including management of resources, execution delivery, partnership with stakeholder groups including Global Functions Technology (GFT) and the Business Execution team. As part of the team of diverse and supportive professionals, the main tasks are focused on close collaboration with senior management and various stakeholder groups across HR and Technology divisions to establish strong program foundations and drive the execution of regulatory and business driven initiatives. This person will have the opportunity to work on our Global Recruitment Ecosystem, comprised of marketing connectivity, assessments, workday recruitment, interviewing and offer integrations, and much more. The maintenance and optimization of this ecosystem touches millions of annual applicants and hundreds of internal stakeholders across the globe. The team is currently focused on evaluating system functionality and operational structures, along with new implementations and our existing workday footprint.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to workflow or process change and redesign and form a strong basic understanding of the specific product or process associated with a project under management
- Collect, measure, and analyze project performance data Identify, track, and close project issue
- Ensure creation of project scope management plan
- Create project schedule management plan
- Track actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed
- Create the project quality management plan Identifies project risks, perform probability and impact analysis, determine responses to risks, track risks, and execute responses as needed
- Setup governance structure for a low complexity Project in agreement with Sponsor and key stakeholders, including working group with the desired frequency Operate, lead and minute workstream meeting – align with Citi’s New Way principles.
- Own delivery and reporting of status Leverage central governance framework – including Management Reporting and Risk & Control framework
- Own and prioritize project related senior HR/ internal PMO / Org PMO related queries, reviews, investigations and provide further artifacts / documents on request
- What we’ll need from you Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in project management
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus
- Fluent English language skills Intermediate Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills Proven organization and time management skills Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
