Working under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for managing the successful implementation of Merge Healthcare Imaging solutions from initiation, planning and execution, through Go-Live and transition to service and support. The Enterprise PM will own the project and act as the point of contact for the project during the deployment process. The Enterprise PM will be responsible for coordinating resources and ensuring that both external and internal customer needs are satisfied with a successful completion of project deliverables. In addition, the Enterprise PM will have an expanded role in departmental processes development, mentoring and training. Responsibilities - Manage knowledge transfer from Sales to the Implementation team and from Implementation to the Support team. Provide documented project status to Professional Services Executives or designated manager/lead, reporting effectively through the leadership team. Work directly with all departments as the customer advocate, ensuring a clinical focus is brought to development, logistics, and service processes. Proactively identify, triage, and solution complex project issues—breaking down root causes, evaluating resolution options, and driving cross-functional teams to swift and effective resolution. Maintain up-to-date and accurate project data for internal reporting and forecasting. Drive, manage to, and forecast revenue targets across assigned projects. Develop detailed project financial plans and proactively manage scope, budget, and schedule to ensure financial commitments are met. Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management. Core competencies - Clinical and domain expertise Strong knowledge of appropriate clinical service lines, including PACS implementations, clinical workflows, and key business drivers in medical imaging environments. Communication and executive presence Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to describe complex technical subjects clearly to clinical and IT audiences. Demonstrated experience communicating business impact and project status to executive stakeholders internally and within client organizations. Comfortable reporting up through the leadership chain and presenting at the executive level. Meeting leadership Ability to effectively plan and facilitate multi-disciplinary meetings and workgroups across complex, multi-site enterprise environments. Client and stakeholder management Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and distinguish decision makers from influencers. Comfortable holding a seat at the table with clients—aligning delivery strategy to the client's strategic vision and executing against it with accountability and rigor. Pre-sales collaboration Comfortable partnering with the sales team to understand customer-specific needs and objectives and participating in pre-sales activities as needed. Technical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Microsoft Project. General IT knowledge with respect to network, security, PC management, redundancy/backup systems, web deployment, and general hardware configuration and scalability. Familiarity with PACS architecture, DICOM standards, HL7 integration, and radiology/cardiology imaging workflows strongly preferred. Leadership skills Ability to engage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment—keeping them energized, focused, and motivated to accomplish project goals in addition to their day-to-day responsibilities. Qualifications Education Minimum BA, BS, BSc, or MBA degree, or comparable job experience in medical imaging or healthcare IT systems. Master's degree a plus. PMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferred. Experience 8+ years of demonstrated project management experience with oversight for large-scale or multiple time-sensitive enterprise implementations. Proven experience managing enterprise-wide solutions across multiple locations and complex organizational environments. Experience implementing PACS solutions for radiology and/or cardiology is strongly preferred. Oversight of multiple concurrent 6-18 month projects. Oversight of projects greater than $1M in value, with direct accountability for revenue forecasting and financial performance. Experience running high-visibility projects both internally and externally. Project exposure spanning multiple clinical departments with engagement across IT and executive stakeholders. Valid driver's license and safe driving record required. Compensation The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.
