Summary
We are seeking a Fulfillment Officer to join our team in Barrie. Based in office, the Fulfillment Officer will play a vital role in ensuring that client applications are processed efficiently and accurately, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with lenders and clients to gather necessary documentation needed to close their mortgage transaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications.
- Support the sales and underwriting team with administrative tasks related to loan fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial services or mortgage fulfillment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of accounting principles is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience with mortgage fulfillment is a must.
Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
