Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance Required: In Hand

Must have experience in:

  • CRM Architecture
  • Cyber Security
  • Strategy and Framework
  • Saas or Paas
  • Building Roadmaps and Strategies
  • Data Migration, Data Strategy
  • Knowledge of CCRM's (either MS, Salesforce, or Service Now)

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years, within the last twelve (12) years working as a Technical Architect
  • Developing technical architectures, frameworks and strategies
  • Identifying policies and requirements
  • Analyzing and evaluating alternative solutions
  • Ensure the integration of all aspects of technology solutions
  • Evaluate hardware and software to improve system performance
  • Determine operating systems and languages for software systems

A minimum of five (5) years of experience of working on one of the following:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Case Management Tool (CMT)
  • Case Management System (CMS)
  • Enterprise Case Management (ECM)
  • Equivalent system implementations

A minimum of five (5) years of direct involvement in enterprise-scale integrations, data security, scalability, and performance optimization including high-level design, system architecture related to:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Case Management Tool (CMT)
  • Case Management System (CMS)
  • Enterprise Case Management (ECM)
  • Equivalent system implementations
