The role involves checking item quantities, ensuring product quality, and preparing orders for packing or delivery. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. This position is for an existing vacancy.Key Responsibilities:Select products based on pick lists.Ensure accuracy in item numbers, quantities, and product quality.Place picked items in appropriate containers or pallets for packing or shipping.Maintain organized shelves and storage locations.Report shortages, damages, or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transportation.Move completed orders to designated staging or loading zones.Follow company safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area.Wear required PPE and report any unsafe conditions immediately.Coordinate with supervisors and fellow team members to meet daily pick targets.Communicate order issues, delays, or missing items promptly.RequirementsAbility to stand for long hours and lift up to 50lbs Strong attention to detail and work ethicComfortable working in a refrigerated/freezer/cooler environmentPrior experience in warehouse, food production, or kitchen settings is an assetPositive attitude, punctuality, and reliability are mustsFood Handler Certification is a bonusPay and Schedule Pay: $18 to $20 (including variable) Full Time5 days a week - (Must be available on Sunday's)Shift - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PMWhile we thank all applicants for their interest, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
